Nancy is the CEO of True Integrity Insurance & Payroll Services, in Burbank, California.  True Integrity is a full service insurance agency and payroll company serving the community for over 11 years.  Nancy loves to help a diverse client base and appreciates the opportunity to provide protection to the hardest working people.  Before she dove into becoming an insurance agent, she had a successful career in the medical field  for over 22 years.  Although she loved her line of work, she knew that she could offer more to the community by providing a service to others.  Nancy is deeply rooted in her community and she works with several charities and non-profit organizations.   She remains involved with the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life, Fiesta of the Spanish Horse, Glendale Kiwanis, Family Promise of the Verdugo's, and  other programs including Leadership Burbank.  Nancy puts personal care into her work and see's every business in a unique light.  She named her agency True Integrity with a purpose and a passion.  

Juan holds a BA from CSUN, has 10+ years experience in insurance accounting.  A former Marine, Juan has never stopped serving our country and spends much of his time outside of the office giving back and helping others.  Juan is a Rotarian and involved with the VFW and many Non Profits that help families in need.  He prides himself with always doing what is in the best interest of others before self.  As the son of Nancy, his belief in the way business should be conducted, is how the agency name was formed.   "Integrity begins with honesty. "Cheppe's" expertise is in property management, homeowners coverage, renters and earthquake insurance. Cheppe is an asset to your team.  Originally from Columbia, Cheppe has deep roots in the United States that have him brought him to the So-Cal area where he works and resides.   Known for his contagious laugh and positive energy, Cheppe works hard to be certain that his clients find the best rates and coverage.  

Michael is our Medicare specialist.  Michael also has experience in real estate sales, insurance coverage and just about anything that can help offer security to his clientele.   He is also able to help secure loans and offer advice on refinancing and investment opportunities.  

Oscar is an expert in providing solutions.  From insuring your future to protecting your belongings and providing healthcare solutions, Oscar goes above and beyond for the people he works with.  As our remote agent, he believes in putting people first and providing excellent service.  

Zaccy "Sassy" is our furry friend that add's life and personality to the office.  Every week she has a different outfit and she is full of spunk and life.  She's a lover but just like the coverages we sell, she offers protection!
